Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All magnets are custom-made. Production takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed and images are approved.

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after production.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain dollar amount.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes if using UPS or FedEx (select USPS if shipping to a P.O. Box).

6. Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable).
